Service Description

What to expect: This session is done on your behalf. No attendance is necessary. You will receive 15 minutes of reiki I will send the energy into your physical body and your entire auric field. I will also provide you with a Reiki Recap. The reiki recap is an overview of the feelings and energy that came up during your session. It will include anything that you may need to work on and/or be mindful of. Your session will be performed during the time slot booked. You're advised to HYDRATE, avoid any drugs or alcohol, and be mindful of any sensations in your body. How does it feel: Reiki feels different for everyone, but it is always gentle & non-invasive. Some of the sensations you may feel include, but aren't limited to: soft tingling sensations, warming or cooling sensations, deep relaxation, or feeling like you're floating. There is no right or wrong way to experience Reiki every session varies for every person every session. Reiki will give you the exact healing you need at the moment, Spiritual Mental, Physical & Emotional. You could experience breakthroughs, have realizations and most of all align with your highest & truest self after a session. The price includes your healing session & your entry into the Healing Haven.
