What to expect: You & I will talk for a bit about what to expect and set the healing intention for the session. I ask that you refrain from mentioning any particular illness as the overall goal for the session is healing in all aspects, so there's no need to focus on any specific ailments. Next, you will get comfortable (laying down on your bed or a couch, or sitting upright in a chair) I will begin to send the energy into your physical body and your entire auric field. How does it feel: Reiki feels different for everyone, but it is always gentle & non-invasive. Some of the sensations you may feel include, but aren't limited to: soft tingling sensations, warming or cooling sensations, deep relaxation, or feeling like you're floating. There is no right or wrong way to experience Reiki every session varies for every person every session. Reiki will give you the exact healing you need at the moment, Spiritual Mental, Physical & Emotional. You could experience breakthroughs, have realizations and most of all align with your highest & truest self after a session. The price includes your healing session & your entry into the Healing Haven.
